Advertising and Exhibiting Opportunities
Advertising and Exhibiting opportunities with the AUC 2011 Conference include the Conference Program, inserts into the delegate bags, electronic files for the Conference USB’s and on-site Exhibitors Tables. Each delegate will receive a delegate bag including a Conference USB and a copy of the Conference Program at registration.
Exhibitors at the AUC 2011 Conference can promote their products or services and meet people involved in circumpolar wildlife management, monitoring and research. Exhibiting at the AUC 2011 Conference will be of interest to government agencies, product manufacturers, educational institutions, scientific publishers, air services and other organizations. Exhibits will be held in the Poster/Exhibit Area (location to be confirmed).
Exhibitors will be acknowledged in the Conference Program and on the website, along with a 50-word description of the exhibit.

- Exhibitors receive 3 x 2.4 meter (10 x 8 foot) exhibit space, display table and two chairs.
- Prices are for camera-ready advertisements.
- All program advertisements are black and white.
- Electronic files for USB’s can be colour.
- All advertisements and exhibits are subject to approval.
- Payment due by cheque, in Canadian funds, upon receipt of invoice.
